Shipping policy
DUTIES & TAXES
Duties and taxes are calculated by our shipping couriers. Shipping and taxes may vary depending on the location and the value and weight of the package. Duties and taxes must be paid by the customer once the package arrives. On some occasions duties and taxes can be prepaid on the couriers website, once your tracking information is available you will be able to consult the fees and payment options. Note that duties and taxes are non-refundable.
If an international order is not received by the customer and is subsequently returned to us, any additional duties, taxes, or fees incurred upon re-entry into the country will be deducted from the total refund amount. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be subtracted before the refund is processed.
PROCESSING TIME
Your order will be processed the in the next 1-2 business days.
During busy periods such as holidays, sales, promotional events and sales there may be delays on the dispatch of your order.
Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address as a signature will be requested upon delivery.
POSSIBLE DELAYS
We do our best to meet the timeframes of expected delivery time, please consider that we are only provided with and estimated delivery date from our carriers. Once the order is dispatched and being handled by the carrier, there’s little we can do, on some occasions the delivery might take longer than expected. If there’s an issue with the delivery of your package we encourage you to contact the carrier first to sort out the details. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You can track your order via our shipping confirmation email. If you did not receive this email please contact us at: contact@daughtersofthesun.com with your order details so we can resend it. We also suggest you check your spam inbox if you cannot find our emails.
CHANGING OR CANCELING AN ORDER
If you need to change or cancel your order please contact our team straight away at contact@daughtersofthesun.com Unfortunately we cannot make any changes or cancellations in your order once it has been processed. Please bear in mind that since we are working as fast as we can to get your order to you, the time frame for cancellations and changes is small.
